Paint Shop Maintenance:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of Paint robots, Conveyor system, process equipments.
- Experience of Maintenance of Paint Baking Ovens, PTED.
- Experience of Maintenance of all paint shop conveyor.
- Routine maintenance jobs & troubleshooting of various problems in electrical devices as well as mechanical instruments.
- Machine downtime management and reporting due to instrument failures.
- Spare parts management.
- Carrying out Preventive, Predictive, Shutdown & Breakdown Maintenance of machines.
- Ensure healthy and safe working environment - Implement and maintain/ improve TPM, & 5'S activities
- Management of hydraulic and pneumatic system.
